【Product Details】 40mg × 112 capsules

【Indications】 Xtandi is an androgen receptor inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have previously received docetaxel.

【Dosage and Administration】 The recommended dose of Xtandi is 160 mg (four 40 mg capsules) taken orally once daily. It may be taken with or without food and does not require co-administration with corticosteroids (such as prednisone).

【Adverse Reactions】 The most common adverse reactions (≥5%) include asthenia/fatigue, back pain, diarrhea, arthralgia, hot flashes, peripheral edema, musculoskeletal pain, headache, upper respiratory tract infection, muscle weakness, dizziness, insomnia, lower respiratory tract infection, spinal cord compression and cauda equina syndrome, hematuria, paresthesia, anxiety, and hypertension.

【Precautions】 Seizures occurred in 0.9% of patients treated with Xtandi. There is no clinical trial experience regarding the use of Xtandi in patients with a history of seizures, patients with predisposing factors for seizures, or patients taking concomitant medications that may lower the seizure threshold.
